Main Duties:

  • To support the service management and liaise with Frameworks Property Services, Voids and Health & Safety teams in the routine and responsive maintenance of the fabric of the services/sites.
  • Carrying out routine Health & Safety related processes to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for service users and staff.
  • Coordination of void units to ensure turnaround targets are met.
