The predicted salary is between 24984 - 24984 £ per year.

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Support Worker position. We accommodate individuals for 6 months and work with them to get appropriate permanent accommodation. We work in partnership with various agencies providing support to address key problems with housing, benefits, debt, offending, substance misuse and help them develop knowledge, skills, and resilience to remain safe, well and independently in accommodation.

In this role you will use your experience of assessing service user needs and work closely with your Support Planner to plan individually tailored support for people to help them achieve their goals and help them review their progress and achievements. You will be expected to work effectively within a team, carry your own caseload and support your colleagues. You will be expected to have a good working knowledge of the needs of people struggling with their mental health and substance misuse, housing law, debt support and issues related to the persons ability to live independently.
