Hughendon Lodge is a residential supported accommodation service housing people who live with severe and enduring mental ill health. Our clients have a wide range of complex needs, including mental health challenges, substance misuse, trauma and other vulnerabilities. We build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and foster a positive and inclusive environment, promoting best practices and a trauma-informed approach

Youll be responsible with supporting the Service Manager and to be there to supervise and support the staff team. You will manage the service as a whole, act as landlord and manage the staff team whilst working and complying with FHA aims and objectives and complying with contractual obligations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Staff management and other resource management (Financial and Physical) as appropriate.
Provide management to staff daily to ensure the service runs smoothly. - Management of staff from recruitment to exit.
Partnership working, including funding raising with statutory voluntary, community groups. - Responsible for housing management.
- Duty manager, peer audits and hearings.
- Health & Safety of building, staff and service users.
- Overseeing and engaging where appropriate with all aspects of support for move on/successful independent living.
- Produce service monitoring data
