Framework Design is a brand-led digital agency working with ambitious clients to create impactful digital experiences. We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Digital Project Manager to help drive the successful delivery of our web projects through the studio – ensuring seamless coordination across departments, timelines, and teams.
This is a key role for someone with a passion for digital, a sharp eye for detail, and strong organisational instincts. You will be an integral part of our studio operations, supporting the fluid management of projects from brief through to deployment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing and managing website projects across platforms including WordPress, Laravel (Statamic), and Drupal.
- Collaborating with developers, designers, strategists, and account managers to ensure smooth project progression.
- Leading project planning and documentation using Jira, Trello, and other workflow tools.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.
- Following a waterfall delivery method, managing sign-offs and scope control at each stage.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
- Proactively identifying and resolving risks, blockers, and scope changes.
- Ensuring quality assurance processes are met throughout all project phases.
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years’ experience in a digital agency or similar environment.
- You’ve managed the delivery of bespoke websites, from SME to enterprise level.
- You’re confident leading cross-functional teams and liaising with clients directly.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- You have strong knowledge of web technologies and platforms, and how they impact timelines and deliverables.
- You’re well-versed in workflow planning, task management tools, and delivery frameworks.
- You’re solution-focused, calm under pressure, and passionate about delivering great work.
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Statamic CMS is a plus.
- A background in QA testing or user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery models alongside waterfall.
- Awareness of accessibility, GDPR, and SEO best practices in digital delivery.
- Confidence using Figma or similar design tools for reviewing and commenting on designs.
