Framework Charity, a leading homelessness and social care charity, is looking for a highly experienced, organised, and creative communications professional to support our Fundraising and Communications function.
Applicants should have proven experience managing busy workloads, meeting tight deadlines, and be confident in web editing, building and sending emails via third‑party platforms, writing and delivering communication plans, copywriting, creating design briefs, video production, and working with suppliers and web agencies.
Key responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of internal communications activity.
- Support the communications requirements of all Framework services.
- Manage the Framework (and other service) public‑facing websites.
- Highly experienced in communications roles.
- Organised and creative.
- Proficient in stakeholder management, decision‑making, and capable of contributing at management‑level meetings.
- Full induction and training programmes.
- Wellbeing support and a Wellbeing Practitioner.
