Framestore is looking for a VFX Line Producer to join our Episodic team in London. You’ll be at the centre of production, helping plan, schedule and deliver high-quality work while supporting a talented team of artists, supervisors, and producers. This role is all about collaboration, clear communication and creative problem-solving. You’ll help shape the way each project runs — from planning through to final delivery — ensuring our teams are resourced, supported and set up for success.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll work closely with Producers, Supervisors and Heads of Department to make sure every aspect of production runs smoothly.
  • Building and managing project schedules to meet creative goals and deadlines.
  • Tracking progress and coordinating workflows across departments.
  • Organising and running key meetings, reviews and daily sessions.
  • Keeping production tools and databases up to date with notes and key information.
  • Communicating clearly and quickly with internal teams and clients.
  • Anticipating challenges and helping resolve issues before they impact delivery.
  • Coordinating client deliveries and managing post-production wrap-ups.
  • Overseeing project coordinators and supporting them in day-to-day tasks.
  • Partnering with crewing, pipeline, and technical teams to ensure the right people and tools are in place.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience as a Senior Coordinator or Line Producer on a large-scale VFX or animation project.
  • Strong scheduling and forecasting skills using Shotgun, Shotgrid or Flow.
  • A solid understanding of VFX workflows and terminology.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills.
  • The ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure.
  • A confident, positive and collaborative approach.
