We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive or Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Social & Digital Performance team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in an integrated or digital marketing agency, keen to work in a fast-paced business supporting clients from iconic Glasgow brands to global household names.
Responsibilities- Supporting the planning, delivery, and reporting of digital search / SEO, media, and social campaigns.
- Writing copy for social, search, email, and web channels.
- Compiling in-depth campaign reports and providing actionable insights using Looker Studio and other analytics tools.
- Conducting competitor, industry, and keyword research for clients and agency projects.
- Attending client meetings, workshops, and pitches.
- 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing or integrated communications, ideally with a performance focus (paid social/search preferred). Agency experience preferred but not essential.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and listening platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMRush, and social ad managers (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Strong interest in social-first creative and content.
- Proactive, organised, and happy to contribute across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio is advantageous but not a requirement.
- Curious about the wider digital marketing / communications mix.
- An excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible, adaptable, and keen to learn new trends in digital.
- Comfortable contributing in a highly collaborative agency environment.
