Role Overview: As a Sales Associate at Frame, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals. Your passion for fashion, attention to detail, and ability to connect with clients will ensure an outstanding in-store experience.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing client needs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized styling advice and follow-up.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets. Drive sales by introducing clients to new products and highlighting brand stories.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Frame’s values and aesthetic. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Frame’s collections, materials, and fit.
