Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a high-energy SDR who knows how to hunt and thrives on speed, precision, and conversation quality.

You will engage prospects through marketing leads, referred by our channel partners and your own prospecting.

These will be a mix of cold leads and warm leads, thus you’ll be responsible for proactively reaching out, creating interest, and generating pipeline to drive results within the United Kingdom and Ireland markets.

Your job is to turn leads into real conversations that result in demos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect into account lists via calls, email, and Linked In.
  • Make high-volume outbound calls with a strong focus on quality conversations.
  • Generate and qualify opportunities through discovery conversations.
  • Book meetings for Account Executives and ensure strong handoff context.
  • Follow up on warmer leads with speed and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data in CRM.
  • Test and iterate on outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.

  • Outbound activity (calls, emails, touches).

Requirements

  • Required Skills & Experience
  • 1–3 years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience (B2B Saa S preferred)
  • Proven ability to prospect and generate pipeline through cold outreach
  • Strong phone skills and comfort handling objections live
  • Ability to personalize messaging while working through account lists at scale
  • Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar)
  • Self-starter who can maintain activity levels without heavy oversight
