As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bicester. About the Role:

Working closely with senior members of our team, you’ll support live searches across a range of technical and commercial roles. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for roles in the broadcast and media technology space
  • Supporting client searches from entry-level to executive hires
  • Attending regular client update meetings and understanding hiring priorities
  • Maintaining accurate candidate and job data in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Learning and applying recruitment best practices with a focus on candidate experience
  • Researching industry trends and market insights to support client work
  • Supporting marketing and outreach campaigns to attract top talent
  • Participating in internal projects and training sessions to accelerate your learning

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing or sales-focused role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering great service
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
