Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Framatome Site Manager, the EM2 Site Works Coordinator is responsible for supporting the EM2 Work Package Leaders in coordinating site works associated with the EM2 package within the contractual context of the HPC construction site:
- Package EM2.1: Installation of main primary system components
- Package EM2.2: Installation of reactor equipment
- Package EM11.2: Assistance to commissioning
This role requires compliance with safety and security rules, quality standards, project schedules, and local labour regulations. The coordinator is supported by all EM2 project and installation sections.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Work Package Leaders
- Managing interfaces with site management, staff, project departments, engineering teams, QA, H&S, customer supervision, and local authorities
Specific duties involve:
- Supporting and coordinating team activities to perform scope of works
- Ensuring schedule feasibility with available resources
- Anticipating manpower needs and proposing rescheduling or early completion strategies
- Managing non-conformance reports and observation sheets
- Participating in internal coordination, progress, quality, and budget meetings
- Reporting on EM2 activities to project and site managers
- Monitoring progress of additional works and updating forecasts
- Ensuring compliance with administrative and H&S rules, establishing monitoring systems
- Capturing operational feedback for future projects
