Now's your chance to join a company that's shaping the energy transition — where your expertise will matter, your growth will be supported, and your work will help power generations to come.## Your missionsPrincipal Accountabilities:· Ensure the Building Branch has the proper knowledge and competence of configuration processes· Provide management and oversight of configuration activities within the Building Branch; OPs, DCs, IDTs, Minor Changes, CRGRs, Continuous Monitoring· Attend configuration forums to provide Building Branch representation; WCM, TDF, pre-NCC, NCC· Ensure the Building Branch continues to deliver leading configuration KPI performance within EDV/EPR-E· Plan, manage and schedule configuration topics in alignment with major drivers such as civil sequence milestones and configuration forums· Provide review and oversight of individual configuration activities; DC contributions, OP action plans, OP/DC content, etc· Ensure Building Branch adherence to replication principles and configuration processes· Manage the review of Technical Directorate continuous monitoring; EPR/HPC change drivers such as OPEX & DCs· Lead individual configuration topics (or contributions) when necessary· Provide clear leadership and accountability for the configuration scope within the Building Branch· Contribute to alignment between configuration and contractual scopes· Ensure appropriate level of readiness of configuration topics for configuration forums· Act as the primary link between the Building Branch and the Technical Directorate· Provide technical support to the Building Branch, particularly ensuring that transverse and multidisciplinary impacts of change are well understood· Ensure proper prioritisation of configuration topics within the Building Branch teams· Maintain and develop the Configuration Sharepoint so it remains an effective tool for the Building Branch· Support major project priorities which are often heavily linked with configuration activities· Ensure the Building Branch teams are aware of new and emerging configuration topics## You areKnowledge, Skills, Qualifications & ExperienceYour background may include some of the following:· Project Delivery in Civil Engineering· Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders· Ability to manage complex technical topics, driving forwards to successful outcomes in complex and difficult situations· Track record of presenting broad topics to a wide audience, whilst able to focus on the important and relevant points· Able to prioritise and delegate where necessary· Motivation of individuals and teams to follow the strategic direction set by candidate.Languages (level)– English fluent (required)– French – bonus## Additional information**Specialization:** TAB - Mechanical, HVAC & Civil Work coordination and management**Level of education (all)** Master**Place:** United Kingdom, Europe, Aztec West**Employment level:** Non cadre #J-18808-Ljbffr
