Au sein de la division France de la BU IB, la Direction de la filiale CETh recherche des Techniciens Thermie Export F/H. Cette société nouvellement intégrée pour ses compétences est rattachée à la BU Base Installée (IB) et fournit des prestations d'ingénierie, de conception d'équipements de traitement thermique de fabrication et de montage dans les domaines de l'énergie et de la défense.
Après une période de formation de 6 mois en France au mode opératoire de réalisation du traitement thermique de détensionnement de soudures (TTD) sur des composants en acier, vous serez expatriés au Royaume-Uni et intégrerez une équipe d’électro techniciens CETh de chantier sur le site de construction de Hinkley Point C (HPC). Sur le chantier de HPC, vous encadrerez une équipe d’intervenants locaux et serez en charge avec votre équipe des activités suivantes:
- Préparation du traitement thermique
- Préparation des thermo-couples (TC)
- Préparation et identification des résistances
- Préparation, identification et enregistrement des autres matériels de traitement thermiques de détensionnement (TTD)
- Vérification et remplacement des connecteurs en défaut
- RĂ©alisation de montages Ă blanc
- Mise en œuvre du traitement thermique de détensionnement
- Acheminement du matériel dans la zone d’intervention
- ContrĂ´le visuel de la ligne Ă chauffer
- Identification de l’axe de soudure
- Montage/soudage et isolation des TC
- Montage des outillages de plaquage des résistances
- RĂ©alisation des essais de chauffe
- Remplissage des documents de suivi d’intervention
- Contrôle et interprétation des données de chauffe en temps réel
- Utilisation des machines de TTD et enregistreurs numériques
- Suivi des règles en cas d’aléas technique
- Exploitation de la courbe et jugement de la conformité du Traitement thermique.
Autres responsabilités:
- Respect des consignes de sécurité et standards pendant toutes les activités sous sa responsabilité
- Management de l’équipe d’intervention sous sa responsabilité
- Respect du planning de chantier
- Identification et ouverture des Ă©carts
- Inspection et maintenance des machines
- Repli du chantier.
Issu(e) d'une formation Bac+2 en électrotechnique, électromécanique ou maintenance industrielle, vous justifiez d'une première expérience sur un poste similaire en maintenance industrielle ou en tant que Technicien/ne de maintenance embarqué sur un navire. La compétence de réalisation de TTD est acquise au travers de formations internes.

- Vous savez lire un plan mécanique
- Vous savez lire un schéma de câblage
- Vous savez utiliser des appareils de mesure et de contrĂ´le portatifs
- Vous savez comment fonctionne un automate
- Vous savez utiliser les outils manuels de base en mécanique électricité
- Vous travaillez en suivant et en renseignant une procédure/un mode opératoire
- Vous appliquez les standards sécurité.
