Role SummaryAs IT-IMS Senior Project Coordinator, you will deliver and coordinate the IT/IMS services and projects. Your mission is to ensure the successful execution of strategic and operational initiatives, with a particular focus on high-impact services and complex projects.
You will manage IT/IMS projects and services, and act as the main interface between operational stakeholders and central governance entities such as DIGIT2 and DSIN (DISC). Your role is key in aligning local needs with EDF Group standards while ensuring the performance, continuity, and evolution of IT/IMS services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver high-stakes IT/IMS projects and services in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
Ensure alignment between local project priorities and the strategic directions of DIGIT and DISC.
Support the governance of services (monitoring performance, quality, cost, and planning).
Contribute to continuous improvement of coordination practices and project execution.
Provide visibility and reporting on IT/IMS project portfolios to the IT/IMS Transverse Lead.
Act as ESIP (Partner Information System Exchange) referent for the Bristol and HPC site, ensuring security and compliance requirements are met.
Ensure efficient resolution of advanced incidents and coordinate with Level 3 teams when needed.
Coordinate the Active Directories services (GBBRS2 and ATHENA), including supervision of detection rules, investigations, and escalations.
Oversee MECM and GPO deployments, ensuring alignment with internal security and operational standards.
Follow and apply the Edvance/EPR-E project governance methodology in all project-related activities.
Lead infrastructure projects, ensuring performance, availability, and user support continuity.
Manage and maintain the ATHENA environments used at HPC and SZC for EPR-E operations, including coordination with local and corporate stakeholders.
Coordinate and validate all modifications on VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) MASTER or Computer MASTER images used by EPR-E, ensuring impact assessment and traceability.
Pilot and validate changes on GBBRS2 infrastructure components within the EPR-E scope.
ProfileSkills & Experience
Proven experience in project management and coordination in an IT environment.
Solid understanding of EDF SA\’s internal IT structure, particularly DIGIT and DISC.
Ability to work transversally with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is a plus.
Engineering or equivalent degree with at least 10 years of experience in IT project coordination or service management.
Fluent in French and English.
Ability to synthesize and convey information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
