We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT/Business Apprentice to join our dynamic team. The apprentice will support various projects and daily activities, learning foundational skills in IT systems, data analysis, process improvement, and business communication. What will you be doing?
- Technical Support: Provide first‑line support for IT‑related issues, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff.
- System Administration Support: Assist with basic system maintenance, user account management, and software installations.
- Data Management: Support data entry, data cleansing, and basic report generation from various business systems.
- Documentation: Help maintain IT documentation, including user guides, process flows, and system configurations.
- Hardware & Software: Assist with the setup, deployment, and inventory management of IT hardware and software.
- Process Analysis: Support the analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for efficiency and improvement.
- Project Support: Assist project managers with administrative tasks, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
- Data Analysis: Contribute to the collection and analysis of business data to support decision‑making.
