Job details
The Project LDA (stands for “Liste des Documents Applicables” in French) provides a common database of documents that are applicable to the project and therefore its management contributes to the overall delivery of the project. The cost and schedule impacts of evolutions to this Project LDA are required to be thoroughly assessed and managed through robust change control, enabling the project to be delivered to quality, cost and schedule. The Project LDA constitutes, together with the list of approved Design Changes, the Reference Configuration (RC) which describes the consistent set of input data for the design.
The LDA process manages Referential Evolutions in the Project List of Applicable Documents. Referential Evolution Sheets (RES) are the documents through which a Referential Evolution is assessed and endorsed. This process also manages Referential Exemption Requests (RER) through which an exemption to the project LDA is assessed and endorsed. The LDA lead will be responsible for the operational aspects necessary to ensure that the LDA process is run effectively. The individual will also be responsible to produce the yearly SZC LDA. To ensure the appropriate management of the Project LDA, the LDA lead will interface closely with the configuration team, under the supervision of the SZC Configuration Manager.
