The Business Unit Projects & Components of Framatome is a world reference in project management and equipment manufacturing for the nuclear industry. As part of the mission, reporting directly to the Vice President Programme UK, the VIE Executive Assistant / Project Sherpa contributes to the smooth functioning of the governance of the UK Programme and the HPC Project. He/she supports the management team in coordinating activities, monitoring strategic actions, and preparing steering instances in an international environment. The main missions include:
- Coordination and Governance: Participate in the organisation and preparation of governance instances for the UK Programme and the HPC Project. Prepare agendas, write minutes, and ensure follow-up on actions decided in meetings. Ensure deadlines are respected and contribute to the smooth flow of information between different stakeholders.
- Preparation of Management Supports: Contribute to the preparation of presentations and necessary supports for various steering and performance review instances (CODIR BU, PCM Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.). Participate in consolidating information and creating communication supports for management.
- Analyses and Reporting: Conduct ad-hoc analyses, summaries, and presentations on strategic, organisational, or operational topics. Collect, consolidate, and analyse data required for management requests.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to optimising governance, reporting, and communication processes within the Programme. Participate in implementing best practices that promote the operational efficiency of the organisation.
This position is based at the HPC site.
Profile:
Education and Experience: Graduate from a business school, engineering school, university master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5). A first experience in project management, consulting, PMO, executive assistance, or international environment (internship, apprenticeship, or first job) would be appreciated. Experience in an industrial, engineering, or large projects environment is an asset.
Technical Skills: Excellent writing and synthesis skills. Good command of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams). Ability to structure, analyse, and consolidate data from multiple sources. Knowledge of collaborative tools and project management is appreciated.
Behavioural Skills: Very good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously. Rigor, autonomy, and reliability in following up on actions. Analytical mindset and ability to quickly understand complex topics. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels. Proactivity, curiosity, and ability to take initiatives. Sense of confidentiality and discretion. Ability to manage urgent topics (occasionally).
Languages: Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. The ability to operate in an international and multicultural environment is essential.
