We are seeking a Contract Project Administrator to join our team in Bristol, Avonmouth to support the Commercial / Contract Management team in ensuring delivery of projects in line with client-side commercial arrangements and company strategy.

Within this position you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Commercial / Contract Management team to ensure all Commercial processes (including Procurement) are followed
  • Contributing to developing processes to improve and maximise growth
  • Managing the administration of low-mid value contracts to ensure delivery and maximising financial return
  • Communicating with internal and external parties in a contract
  • Building relationships with stakeholders
  • Accepting extra duties as situations arise
