We are seeking a Contract Project Administrator to join our team in Bristol, Avonmouth to support the Commercial / Contract Management team in ensuring delivery of projects in line with client-side commercial arrangements, company strategy, and both operational and financial targets. The Contract Administrator supports the team in managing key contracts and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on our major contracts.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the Commercial / Contract Management team to ensure all Commercial processes (including Procurement) are followed.
  • Contribute to developing processes to improve and maximise growth.
  • Manage the administration of low-mid value contracts to ensure delivery and maximise financial return.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties regarding contracts.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Accept extra duties as situations arise.
