We are seeking a Contract Project Administrator to join our team in Bristol, Avonmouth to support the Commercial / Contract Management team to ensure delivery of projects in line with client-side commercial arrangements and both operational and financial targets. The Contract Administrator supports the team in managing key contracts and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on our major contracts.
Within this position you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Commercial / Contract Management team to ensure all Commercial processes (including Procurement) are followed
- Contributing to developing processes to improve and maximise growth
- Managing the administration of low-mid value contracts to ensure delivery and maximising financial return
- Communicating with internal and external parties in a contract
- Building relationships with stakeholders
- Accepting extra duties as situations arise
