The Senior HR Advisor is responsible for delivering professional HR support for our Framatome Ltd employees and management based at Hinkley Point C. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and industry best practices. The role partners with site management to support workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and wellbeing initiatives while fostering a safe, positive and productive working environment. What will you be doing? Employee Relations Provide expert HR advice to managers on employee relations matters, including complex cases. Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, and performance issues. Conduct investigations and support formal hearings in line with company policies. Promote fair, consistent, and legally compliant people management. Maintain positive relationships with employee representatives, trade unions, and the industrial relations team.
