Due to our ongoing growth and business demands, we are recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment administration and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. The role plays a key part in attracting, screening, and onboarding talent by coordinating recruitment activities and managing all associated administrative tasks in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Activities:
- Support recruitment campaigns by liaising with hiring managers and the recruitment team
- Review and sift CVs against job requirements to shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screening (e.g., phone or virtual pre-screen interviews)
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including panel availability and logistics
- Prepare interview packs and ensure hiring managers are briefed
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback
- Manage job requisitions and maintain applicant tracking systems
- Administer offer processes, including drafting offer letters and contracts
- Coordinate pre-employment checks (e.g., right to work, references, security clearance if required)
- Handle full onboarding administration for new starters
- Prepare and issue new starter documentation and ensure completion prior to start date
- Liaise with HR, IT, payroll, and line managers to ensure smooth onboarding
