Fram is working with a financial planning firm that is looking to engage with an experienced Paraplanner to support the delivery of high-quality advice and ensure strong technical and compliance standards. The role is remote, with two to three days in the office during the initial set-up period to build familiarity with processes and workflows.

The position involves managing the full preparation of suitability reports, including both initial and annual review reports, for approval by the lead adviser. Responsibilities include producing supporting documentation, preparing client forms in collaboration with administration, and ensuring all records meet regulatory expectations. The role also includes identifying outstanding information, progressing actions with colleagues and providers, and drafting reports once all case requirements are in place.

This may appeal to a technically competent Paraplanner who holds the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent and is confident acting as a reference point for technical queries. The role suits someone who works effectively with limited supervision, communicates clearly, and maintains a high level of detail and organization.

Experience using Intelliflo Office is important, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with common research or financial planning tools would be beneficial.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
