Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all platform-related queries from internal colleagues and clients.
- Oversee the processing of transactions, including trades, transfers, withdrawals, and rebalancing, within the platform.
- Ensure that all platform activities are executed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining high levels of data integrity and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, liaising with the support team when necessary.
- Monitor and support the smooth execution of client transfers in and out of the platform, ensuring that all necessary documentation and due diligence are completed.
- Assist with setting up and configuring new client accounts or model portfolios within the platform.
- Act as a liaison between the financial advisers, operations teams, and technical support to resolve platform-related issues efficiently.
- Support the firm’s client-facing teams by providing guidance and assistance related to platform queries or issues that impact clients.
A candidate must come from a platform or administration role within an IFA environment. You must have experience and understanding of the platforms available in the UK retail financial services market and the administration they required. You will be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel & Outlook mainly), with strong communication and skills and an eye for detail and accuracy when working with data. It would be desirable if you had experience of using Intelliflo, and Hubwise, but not essential.
