Fram Search is partnering with a dynamic investment firm to hire a Junior Lawyer or Paralegal to support its legal function across a high volume of venture investments and ongoing portfolio activity. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure to investment transactions and the lifecycle of high-growth businesses, working closely with a senior legal lead in a fast‑paced, commercially driven environment.

You will play a key supporting role across deals, documentation, and portfolio company matters, gaining broad experience across corporate and commercial legal work.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supporting legal due diligence processes for prospective investments
  • Assisting with the drafting and review of term sheets and transaction documents
  • Helping coordinate the legal aspects of investment transactions through to completion
  • Preparing and organising key documents, including shareholder agreements, subscription agreements, and corporate records
  • Managing post-completion tasks such as Companies House filings and maintaining statutory records
  • Supporting ongoing legal requirements across the portfolio, including governance and documentation
  • Liaising with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of legal processes
