Fram Search is working with a well-established Workplace Pensions provider that is continuing to grow and is now looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen its national sales team. This role focuses on driving new business into a leading Master Trust proposition, working closely with trustees, corporate advisers and employee benefits consultants across the UK.

You will be responsible for developing and converting opportunities, building long-term relationships and positioning the scheme as a go-to solution in a competitive DC market. The business is keen to speak with individuals who bring a strong understanding of workplace pensions, with experience across Defined Contribution and, ideally, Defined Benefit environments.

This opportunity would also suit a pensions consultant or adviser who enjoys the commercial side of the market and is looking to move into a business development role. The position is UK-wide and home-based, with regular travel to client meetings, industry events and internal training days as required.
