Fram is working with a well-regarded financial planning firm in northwest Dorset that provides bespoke advice to professionals, entrepreneurs, and families. The business is directly authorised and independent, with a strong focus on lifestyle planning and long‑term relationships.
The team is looking for an experienced IFA administrator to support two advisers and act as a key point of contact for clients. This is a broad role involving meeting preparation, managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with advisers to ensure clients receive a tailored, personal service. You’ll be involved across the full client journey, and the environment is collaborative and professional.
Once up to speed, hybrid working is available for up to two days per week. We’re keen to speak with individuals who have experience in IFA or financial planning administration, ideally with knowledge of systems like Transact or IO. You should be highly organised, comfortable juggling priorities, and confident communicating with clients. A background in UK financial planning is essential, and while Level 4 isn’t required, it would be an advantage.
