Fram are delighted to be working with an excellent Financial Planning firm who are seeking an experienced administrator for their team in London. The role is to work closely with the two busy financial advisors, providing them with full administrative support, ensuring all documentation is accurate and processed in line with agreed service standards and being the first point of contact for clients. The clients are financial services professionals, including Hedge fund managers and private investors. You would dealing with existing clients, the onboarding of new clients, working with platform providers and other external bodies to gain relevant and accurate information.

Some of the responsibilities include :

  • Preparing of suitability reports / general paraplanning duties
  • Preparing and sending letters of authority
  • Loading, and processing new business and ensuring all of our processes are followed
  • Communicating with clients
  • Creating review packs and annual suitability reports
  • Updating the back-office systems
  • Liaising with and chasing providers and insurers as required
  • Cashflow simulations
  • Processing ad-hoc client requests

The ideal candidate will have experience within an IFA environment. Knowledge of report writing software, and back-office systems and platforms, such as IntelliFlo, MoneyInfo, FE Analytics, Transact and Fundment would be ideal but not essential. Have strong written and verbal skills, be able to prioritise work in a busy environment.
