What You'll Be Doing:\n

- Become an expert in the company’s investment products and how they benefit financial advisers. \n
- Proactively source and engage new clients through targeted outreach, calls, and meetings. \n
- Manage and enhance the sales pipeline, ensuring the CRM is always up to date. \n
- Work towards and exceed ambitious sales targets. \n
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize business development strategies. \n
- Represent the company at roadshows and industry events, building your profile within the sector. \n
- Deliver exceptional service, ensuring long-term client relationships and continued success. \n
- \n
- Proven experience working with IFAs, Wealth Managers, or Financial Advisers – either directly or in a sales capacity. \n
- 2+ years in a sales or business development role, ideally within financial services. \n
- Those currently in a Wealth Management setting will also be considered. \n
- A results-driven mindset with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets. \n
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers. \n
- Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. \n
