As General Counsel you will be in a standalone position with the primary responsibility to facilitate investment transactions whilst also providing ongoing legal support for Portfolio Companies.Our client is a forward thinking and huge advocate for early stage tech businesses. It is important prospective candidates are aware that they have a entrepreneurial culture, which is mirrored by their portfolio businesses. The hired candidate will be expected to work with high levels of autonomy whilst also sharing a ‘growth’ mindset.
