An established, boutique venture capital firm is seeking a Fundraising Associate to play a key role in raising capital for its EIS strategy. This is a hands-on opportunity within a high-quality platform investing in high-growth businesses, offering direct exposure to private clients, family offices, and intermediaries.
Crucially, candidates must have a proven track record of raising capital for EIS funds, with an existing network of private clients, wealth managers, and/or family offices. This is not a theoretical role; the firm is looking for someone who understands the nuances of EIS fundraising and can actively contribute from day one.
Operating in a boutique environment, this position will suit someone who is motivated by the challenge of building and growing investor relationships without the backing of a large distribution machine. You will be responsible for:
- Originating and nurturing investor relationships
- Presenting investment opportunities
- Leading due diligence conversations
- Managing the full fundraising lifecycle
Working closely with the investment team, you will play a visible role in shaping investor communications and supporting the firm’s continued growth in the private client market. The firm operates a hybrid working model and offers a collaborative, relationship-driven culture.
Candidates with short or no notice periods are of particular interest, although all applications will be considered on merit. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
