Fram is working with a financial planning firm that is looking to engage with an experienced Senior IFA Administrator. The role exists due to continued growth and supports a Financial Adviser with technical, administrative, and client-related work.
The role involves preparing research, cashflow modelling and technical calculations, along with producing suitability documents and client review packs. It also includes processing new business, fund switches and withdrawals, maintaining accurate client records and liaising with product providers.
The position requires regular interaction with clients and involvement in ongoing investment and regulatory discussions. The role will appeal to individuals with strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection products and trusts, and who are confident using adviser platforms and provider systems. The environment suits someone organised, attentive to detail and comfortable working within structured processes.
Candidates generally bring at least a few years of experience in a financial advice setting. Progress towards Level 4 may be helpful but is not essential.
