Fram is working with an independent wealth management firm that is looking to engage an experienced Financial Adviser to support its growing desk-based advice function. The firm is known for its professional standards and its focus on delivering clear, high-quality financial planning.

The role involves providing regulated advice to clients through the firm’s digital and telephone-based channels. Advisers work on site in a structured environment, supported by established processes, strong technical resources, and a wider team committed to maintaining consistent compliance and service standards. The position suits someone who enjoys a desk-based setting, values predictable workflows, and is comfortable engaging with clients without the need for face-to-face meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulated financial advice to clients via digital and telephone channels.
• Maintain consistent compliance and service standards in a structured, desk-based environment.
• Utilise digital tools, CRM systems, and cash-flow modelling software.
• Support the wider team’s compliance and quality delivery objectives.

Qualifications

• Level 4 qualified adviser with experience in an independent financial planning environment.
• Strong technical capability across pensions, investments, and inheritance tax planning.
• Confidence using digital tools, CRM systems and cash-flow modelling software.
• Familiarity with Intelligent Office is beneficial.
• Organised, client-focused, and comfortable working in an office-based role where consistent delivery and technical accuracy are key.
