Fram Search is partnering with a growing Independent Financial Advice firm to hire Client Support Administrators into their expanding support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive business where you’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and delivering a high-quality client experience.

The Role:

  • Supporting advisers with day-to-day client requests
  • Coordinating client and prospective client meetings
  • Conducting research across investment and insurance providers
  • Preparing annual review documentation and follow-ups
  • Producing client documentation, including cashflow reports and recommendation packs
  • Ensuring accurate administration and adherence to compliance processes
