What You'll Be Doing
- Become an expert in the company’s investment products and how they benefit financial advisers.
- Proactively source and engage new clients through targeted outreach, calls, and meetings.
- Manage and enhance the sales pipeline, ensuring the CRM is always up to date.
- Work towards and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize business development strategies.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working with IFAs, Wealth Managers, or Financial Advisers
- either directly or in a sales capacity.
- 2+ years in a sales or business development role
, ideally within financial services.
- Those currently in a Wealth Management setting will also be considered.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers.
- Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
