We are partnering with a growing consultancy specialising in Financial Crime, Compliance, and Regulatory advisory, supporting a broad range of financial services clients. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth across their core service lines.

The Role:

  • Drive new business opportunities across Financial Crime, Compliance, and Regulatory projects
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across financial services firms
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies within the UK market
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through to close

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Business Development / Sales role within Financial Crime, Compliance, or RegTech
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and financial crime challenges
  • Established network within financial services (banks, fintechs, asset managers, etc.)
