Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service while building lasting relationships? We\’re working on behalf of a Insurance firm based in Northamptonshire who is looking for a Renewals Advisor to play a key role in supporting clients through their insurance journey.
In this role, you\’ll focus on renewals, ensuring each client receives tailored advice that reflects their individual needs. By identifying opportunities and offering professional guidance, you\’ll help retain valued customers while also spotting ways to grow and strengthen business.
You\’ll build trust not only with clients, but also with insurers, partners, and introducers, working together to achieve positive, compliant outcomes. This is a customer-facing role at the heart of our business, so teamwork, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
