Job Description
Fram is working with a business that is looking to engage with a Corporate Tax Manager to support early-stage and growth companies raising capital under the EIS and SEIS regimes.
The role can be based remotely or in person and offers the opportunity to specialise in a highly technical area that sits at the centre of the UK's startup and venture capital ecosystem.\n \n The role is focused on the company side of EIS and SEIS rather than personal tax.
There is regular interaction with founders and management teams, helping them navigate the practical and technical aspects of the legislation.\n \n Alongside client work, there is the opportunity to help develop internal processes and improve how EIS and SEIS work is delivered as the business continues to grow.
Previous experience preparing Advance Assurance applications and managing the company compliance process is essential.
