What you\'ll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, providing expert advice across group risk and healthcare benefits.
- Designing, reviewing and renewing employee benefits schemes tailored to each client\'s needs.
- Developing strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders – both clients and insurers.
- Keeping up to date with market trends and legislation to ensure compliant, competitive solutions.
- Working collaboratively with internal support teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery.
- Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Consultant or Account Manager.
- Strong technical knowledge of group risk and healthcare schemes.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
