Are you an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant looking to take the lead on an established portfolio of clients? Do you thrive on building trusted relationships and delivering tailored group risk and healthcare solutions? We're working with a growing advisory business that places real value on its people and clients. Due to continued success, they're looking to welcome a talented Employee Benefits Consultant to join their Birmingham-based team.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, providing expert advice across group risk and healthcare benefits.
- Designing, reviewing and renewing employee benefits schemes tailored to each client's needs.
- Developing strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders – both clients and insurers.
- Keeping up to date with market trends and legislation to ensure compliant, competitive solutions.
- Working collaboratively with internal support teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Consultant or Account Manager.
