The Role
The WorkRight Analyst will provide exceptional levels of client service to a wide range of clients; part of a global team processing WorkRight checks submitted by clients. Assigned to specific client accounts, you will be exposed to a full range of global right to work processes and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assessing criteria is met to validate right to work
- Follow documented standard operating procedures for right to work checks
- Utilise required case management systems to ensure data accuracy and record right to work check results
- Escalate right to work check failures to the Account Manager
- Identify incomplete or missing information and request clarification using standard communications
- Complete online face to face imposter checks
- Managing drop boxes/communication systems: answering queries from users
- Special Projects: take on additional projects as required
- Ad hoc duties: assist with ad hoc administrative functions, as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and data entry skills, from either previous work experience or educational background
- Comfortable working in a team with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment
- Uses communication skills to influence and achieve objectives
- Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with an ability to multi‑task
- Be able to act under instruction with limited supervision / autonomy
- Be able to plan workload, meet deadlines and priorities
- Ensures work completed is accurate, to a high quality and follows standard layouts
- Completes tasks within agreed timeframes and in line with expectations
- Completes the minimum number of tasks per day in line with set targets
- Implement effective processes to manage workflow and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates proficiency in word processing, Internet and email systems
