This role will be part of the LDD (Legal Due Diligence) team within Fragomen’s Office of General Counsel. It is a small, cohesive team that manages all third-party vendors for Fragomen.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Work to clear the backlog of reviews for vendors. Each vendor undergoes due diligence at regular intervals, so you will be the first screener for reviewing and analysing questionnaires and company documents.
- Assist the LDD team with general administrative tasks, logging work, managing large data-storage sheets, and maintaining the shared LDD mailbox.
- Provide support for improving existing vendor-management programmes and for the potential launch of a new vendor-management tool.
The Team
The Legal Due Diligence (LDD) team is a small group within the wider Office of the General Counsel (OGC). The team centrally manages the due diligence of all third-party vendors used by Fragomen worldwide. The LDD team is based in the UK while the OGC team is spread around the world.
You will be responsible for coordinating vendor onboarding and recertifications, supporting Fragomen to achieve its business goals and maintain its excellent reputation.
Essential Criteria
- Strong administrative and analytical skills with previous experience in an office-based environment.
- Attention to detail and a critical eye, especially when conducting vendor reviews.
- Accountable and dependable, able to take ownership of your own workload.
- Ability to use initiative and step up when others in the team might be absent.
- General awareness of what might constitute a legal, cyber-security, data-privacy or compliance issue.
- Organised with good communication skills.
