Contract: Full-time, permanent
Team: EA Coordination – Czech Team
Office Location: Sheffield
The role: Immigration Consultants are responsible for providing immigration services to a range of clients across primarily, but not exclusively, European jurisdictions. Day-to-day coaching and weekly reviews will be provided by Senior Consultants with managers and senior managers overseeing long term performance and training.
Key responsibilities:
- Under moderate supervision, manage cases in assigned countries for a specific portfolio of clients.
- Liaise with third party vendors (TPV) and clients to ensure cases are on track.
- Draft emails to clients/stakeholders, with correspondence periodically reviewed by a Senior Consultant and/or Manager.
- Update stakeholders on milestones.
- Keep key clients up to date with developments in local immigration law/processes.
- Coordinate additional services with other internal teams (consular, documents etc) where applicable.
- Exercise judgement in identifying and escalating matters to line managers attention.
- Answer existing and prospective client queries, hosting consultation calls when applicable.
- Document review.
- Ad-hoc project work to streamline/improve processes.
- General administrative support as required including: billing responsibilities, case record updates, document review and tracking, monitoring/confirming upcoming expiries and ad hoc admin tasks.
The team: The EA Coordination team is responsible for processing the visas of our clients who are based in countries where Fragomen does not have a physical office. The team is a dynamic team with employees from various backgrounds and countries with at least 10 different languages being spoken.
What we are looking for:

- A self-starter with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage your own time and caseload.
- Previous experience of managing a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Previous customer facing experience.
- Previous case/project handling experience.
Preferred skills: Czech language skills preferred, but not essential.
