The role

Full Stack Software Developer will be responsible for supporting and maintaining backend services for our Angular based frontend. The product you will be supporting is developed with a .NET backend, and relies heavily on integrations with MS Dynamics 365; however, as part of this role you will be working with the lead developer to refactor much of the solution into a cloud native application. You’ll participate in the problem definition and solution process with a diverse group of developers, designers and business owners from around the world.

What your day will look like

  • Design, build, and maintain cloud-native backend services using .NET 8/9
  • Develop and maintain React-based micro front-ends, integrating with shared platform services
  • Implement and consume RESTful APIs (internal and external), following versioning and security best practices
  • Contribute to a microservices architecture, including service decomposition and domain ownership
  • Build asynchronous, event-driven workflows using message-based integration (e.g., MassTransit, SQS / Azure Service Bus)
  • Work with NoSQL and cloud-native data stores (e.g., MongoDB-style databases)
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to TOGAF-aligned documentation, ADRs, and service designs
  • Write high-quality, testable code with meaningful unit and integration tests
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using GitLab
  • Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., IDE-integrated copilots, design assistants, or similar) in a professional engineering workflow
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and ensure correctness, security, maintainability, and architectural alignment
