This position is responsible for providing a high level of strategic Immigration Programme Management for the firm’s Corporate Clients throughout Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and globally. This presents an opportunity to oversee immigration programmes for our client(s). The successful candidate will support and collaborate with the client, offering in-depth knowledge of programme management and immigration expertise.
What your day will look like:
- Act as a “watchdog” on client accounts to ensure compliance with SLAs and quality of services on a regional or global level.
- Advise clients on strategic issues related to service delivery or immigration compliance.
- Identify operational weaknesses or areas for improvement within Fragomen and address with appropriate practice manager or partner.
- Provide on-going client training to the case teams as appropriate.
- Play an active role in the commercial success of the account through identifying issues with billing, helping to resolve potential issues, aid cash collection efforts, and assist those raising bills with improving accuracy and timelines.
- May act in support of senior members of the team on larger accounts with responsibility for key aspects of the account including training, project leadership or first level escalation support.
- Increase visibility to Managers and Senior Managers of the team of successful actions taken and performed for client as well as any failures and how those were addressed.
- Where possible, find and develop additional business opportunities with the client, within any region.
- Play an active and central role in the implementation of projects and phased rollouts.
- Provide support as required to the Partner(s) and marketing in respect of winning new clients to the firm.
- Leading and coordinating responses during critical or high-pressure situations, providing clear direction and reassurance to clients and stakeholders.
- Analysing client data to identify trends, monitor performance, and generate insights that improve decision-making and client outcomes.
- Staying informed on geopolitical, regulatory and market developments that may affect clients, using these insights to provide informed recommendations and support strategic planning.

The Immigration Programme Management team looks after client accounts on both a regional and global scale, acting as a single point-of-contact between the client and the practice teams. The team has overall responsibility for building and maintaining successful client relationships, as well as ensuring compliance with client SLAs and quality of services. The team is characterised by a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and a holistic approach to immigration program design and consultancy.

Essential criteria:
- Relevant experience in corporate immigration law or in-house global mobility or immigration.
- Experience in working across more than one jurisdiction, in handling of complaints, whilst working on account management activities such as reporting, project work and billing and collections issues.
- Develops outstanding working relationships with client contacts and gains their confidence through displaying professionalism and efficiency in all communications.
- Assists in the review/improvement of methods/procedures of managing day to day team and office processes.
- Generates clear, well-organised written work-product internally and externally.
- Plays a key role within the team to promote an efficient and effective team culture.
- Flexibility to operate beyond defined role boundaries, taking accountability for delivery in global, client-driven environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns and translate insights into practical actions.
- Critical thinking, creativity and a continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing approaches and develop innovative solutions.
