The Immigration Coordinator helps to provide exceptional levels of business support to a wide range of clients by supporting Fragomen’s offices in an administrative capacity. They are exposed to a full range of immigration processes and administrative tasks.

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Drafting immigration applications
  • Maintaining Fragomen’s database and keeping client folders up to date
  • Saving and uploading case related documents and government decisions onto Fragomen’s database
  • Booking appointments and checking appointment availability
  • Participating in case audits and closing cases
  • Taking on any additional projects as required

The Team

The Fragomen Consular Practice team provides consular and substantive US immigration assistance matters either as stand‑alone services or part of a larger immigration application process. The team maximises efficiencies, ensures ownership of work and empowers members to design practices to meet client expectations.

Essential Criteria

  • Strong administrative and data entry skills from previous work experience or educational background
  • Comfortable working in a team with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confidence in written communication with government authorities
  • Exceptional planning and time management skills with an ability to multi‑task
  • Proactive and able to act under instruction with limited supervision
  • Ability to plan workload, meet deadlines and priorities
  • Ensures work completed is accurate, to a high quality and follows standard layouts
  • Experience of completing tasks within agreed timeframes and in line with expectations
  • Ability to work towards and complete workload in line with set targets
  • Proficiency in word processing, Internet, and email systems
