The role: Providing exceptional levels of client service to a wide range of clients, the Consultant will be part of a global team processing WorkRight checks submitted by the firm’s clients. Assigned to specific client accounts, you will be exposed to a full range of global right to work processes and administrative tasks.
What your day will look like:
- Assessing criteria is met to validate right to work
- Escalate right to work check failures to the Account Manager
- Support the investigation into right to work check failures
- Complete online face to face imposter checks
- Managing drop boxes: answering queries from users
- Specialist tasks: become an expert in completing tasks for specific countries
- Special Projects: take on additional projects as required
- Support / training: You may be required to undertake the training of new employees, which could include producing and/or delivering training packages
- Ad hoc duties: assist with ad hoc administrative functions, as needed

The team is made up of immigration professionals, technology experts, marketing and legal all working in collaboration to produce industry leading technology and employment verification services. - Strong administrative and data entry skills from previous work experience or educational background
- Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to act under instruction with limited supervision, plan workload, meet deadlines and priorities
- Ensures work completed is accurate, to a high quality and follows standard layouts
- Completes the minimum number of tasks within agreed timeframes and in line with targets and expectations
- Implement effective processes to manage workflow and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates proficiency in word processing, Internet and email systems

What to expect:
