This role will be part of the LDD (Legal Due Diligence) team which sits within Fragomen’s Office of General Counsel team. It is a small but cohesive team which manages all Third-Party Vendors for Fragomen.

What your day will look like:

  • Working to clear the backlog of reviews for vendors. Each vendor undergoes due diligence at regular intervals. This involves being the first screener for reviewing and analysing questionnaires and company documents.
  • Assisting the LDD team in general, this will involve administrative tasks, logging tasks, managing large data storage sheets, and taking care of the shared LDD mailbox etc.
  • Providing support for the improvement of our existing vendor management programmes and potential launch of a new vendor management tool.

  • Essential criteria: Strong administrative and analytical skills, with previous experience in an office-based environment.
  • Attention to detail and a critical eye, especially when conducting vendor reviews.
  • Accountable and dependable such as being able to take ownership of your own workload.
  • Ability to use initiative and step up when others in the team might be absent.
  • General awareness of what might constitute as a legal, cybersecurity, data privacy or compliance issue.
  • Organised with good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and conscientious about your work.
