Team: Immigration Programme Management (IPM)
Location: Sheffield, UK
The role: The Immigration Programme Analyst will support the delivery of immigration services by managing a portfolio of small accounts under the supervision of a manager, while assisting the wider team of IPMs with multi-jurisdictional client enquiries and projects. The role will also involve supporting the YourIPMTeam programme which centrally manages some of our team’s smaller clients. When needed, the Analyst will also provide back up support to our wider IPM team. This is an exciting opportunity to get exposure to what the IPM team does and grow into client facing work.
What your day will look like:
- Taking a key role in managing small client relationships, directing queries, ensuring service consistency and supporting data/reporting needs
- Supporting the wider IPM team with projects and client-specific deliverables
- Working directly with YourIPMTeam clients and Fragomen case teams to resolve queries that may include billing issues, incomplete initiations, protocol inquiries, work eligibility assessments, single and multijurisdictional inquiries, provision of gratis Global Knowledge material, Connect, access and trouble shooting.
- Using ServiceNow ticketing system to manage workload and report to more senior team members on client activity.
- Monitoring client specific drop boxes (e.g. initiations and central emails).
- Utilising Fragomen Connect, including liaising with caseworkers globally to ensure Fragomen Connect is up to date.
- Generating and managing reports for case teams and clients.
- Preparing Word documents and creating excel spreadsheets.
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative functions, as needed.
The team: The Immigration Programme Management team looks after client accounts on both a regional and global scale, acting as a single point-of-contact between the client and the practice teams. The team has overall responsibility for building and maintaining successful client relationships, as well as ensuring compliance with client SLAs and quality of services. The team is characterised by a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and a holistic approach to immigration program design and consultancy.
