Fraegra is a new premium fragrance boutique by the Fragrance Shop. It will retail the finest and rarest fragrances in the world, offering a unique customer experience. The brand will launch in late 2025 in key retail locations in Manchester and London and on its own bespoke Shopify site.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused eCommerce professional to join a new brand launch from its inception and have a pivotal role in the launch and growth of a unique new concept in the Fragrance Market.
What you’ll be doing
- eCommerce Management
- Manage all aspects of the eCommerce channel, including product listings, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and stock management.
- Own and optimise the online customer journey from discovery through to conversion and retention.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROAS, etc.) to meet commercial targets.
- Work with the UX and Design team to implement best practices for UX/UI and continuously improve the website’s functionality and user experience.
- Ensure promotional content and product launches go live accurately and on time across all platforms.
- Manage trading performance with regular reporting and actionable insights across conversion funnel, bounce rate, and basket abandonment.
- Marketing Activation Planning
- Develop and coordinate marketing activations across CRM, PPC, Paid & Organic Social, and Influencer channels.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute campaigns that drive traffic and sales while building brand equity.
- Ensure all activations are aligned with brand positioning, seasonal priorities, and business objectives.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and reporting for all marketing activations.
- Brand Strategy & Testing
- Design and implement a test-and-learn framework to trial different brand messaging and creative executions across channels.
- Analyse results to inform broader brand strategy and continuously refine how we communicate with our audiences.
- Partner with the creative team to ensure consistent and compelling brand storytelling across all digital touch points.
- Contribute insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to strengthen the brand’s market positioning.
- Key Digital point of contact for brand relationships, providing insight and guidance on how to execute brand campaigns and drive online brand performance.
What you’ll bring
- Proven Track Record of driving eCommerce performance (ideally within luxury or premium fashion or beauty brands).
- Shopify experience is essential.
- Skilled in data analytics, reporting tools (Google Analytics), and merchandising logic.
- Strong knowledge of web, CRM, UX and CRO Platforms.
- Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
